What this policy covers
It covers the pages served at candyai.best and nothing else. The platform reviewed here is a separate service with its own policy.
Nothing to fill in
There is no registration, no form, no comment box and no newsletter anywhere on this site, so we never ask for a name, an email address or a payment detail. The only information you can give us is a message you choose to send.
Server logs
Pages are static files served by a hosting provider that records the usual technical details of each request: IP address, time, page asked for and browser string. Those logs exist for security and troubleshooting, are kept briefly and are never used to build a profile.
Cookies
One functional cookie is set across the site, named candyai_popup_seen. It records that an on-site notice has already been displayed so it does not reappear, expires after a day and contains no identifier. No analytics suite, tracking pixel or advertising cookie runs on these pages, and your browser can refuse or delete the one we set at any time.
Resources loaded from elsewhere
Pages pull typefaces from Google Fonts and an icon stylesheet from a public content delivery network. Those providers see the request your browser makes and handle it under their own privacy terms.
If you email us
A message sent to contact@candyai.best arrives in an ordinary mailbox. It is read so it can be answered, deleted once the exchange is over, and never reused or passed on. The contact page says what that address is for.
Your rights
Rules such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected or erased and to object to its use. Write to contact@candyai.best; given how little this site keeps, the answer will often be that there is nothing on file.
Leaving the site
Links on the editorial pages open an external platform in a new tab. From the moment you land there, that platform decides what it collects.
Security and age
The site is delivered over HTTPS. Its subject matter is for adults only, so browsing it means confirming you are old enough where you live; filtering software is the sensible answer on a device a minor can reach.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the effective date above shows when it last was. The terms of use sit in the legal notice.
